Vocal expression is more important now than ever before. In a world where the collective is pressured to take one-way perspectives as a single point of truth, we can find ourselves doubting our own reality, traumatized by social pressures, or even feeling the effects of trauma in our bodies from suppressed beliefs or narratives. The fact is - reality is made up by multiple perspectives and experiences. And your truth matters.

Do you speak in low or mumbled tones?

Have you experienced trauma because you had to stay silent in order to survive?

With voice empowerment, you have a safe, confidential space to speak your truth and to strengthen your connection and relationship to your voice, which can bring honor to your soul, build self-awareness, and enhance your confidence towards healing.

Individual Sessions

I offer 1:1 (remote or in-person) voice empowerment sessions to those who wish to more intimately work on voice bravery and/or spiritual expression. These are 60-minute sessions and include:

• Individualized wellness coaching - a safe container to speak your truth, release stuck trauma narratives, and explore your relationship with voice

• Face, jaw, throat exercises/stretching to release tension and optimize/restore your body’s fascia

• Voice vibrational harmonization to release blockages and build confidence in vocal expression (generally through the means of specific, intentional words, chants, or songs)

• Optional: Light-language expression coaching and support for those wishing to work more deeply with spiritual connection

  Sessions are $88, or you can also receive a discount for a 3-Session (60-minute each) monthly bundle for $188. In-person sessions may be held at a select and nearby location (preferably in nature) or at The Energy Within - 7807 W 151st St., Overland Park, Kansas, 66223. Group Sessions

There’s no denying the power of group in healing and growth. In addition to individual sessions, I also offer group voice empowerment sessions. These are in-person, ~1.5 hour gatherings are held in the Kansas City metro area and include:

• A safe, non-judgmental container for speaking your truth, if desired

• Group body preparations (stretching)

• An impactful eye-gazing experience within an intentional group meditation journey

• Voice vibrational harmonization through word, chant, and song (a 3-song, voice empowerment playlist is provided in advance to familiarize)

• A final closing circle for those who wish to share anything that surfaced for them during the experience

Groups Sessions are $33 per person and will be formed with up to 8 people.
